This $65 million project consists of a 182,500 sf shell and core medical office building with a 278,000 sf garage. The structural design utilizes a BRB lateral system for the structural steel portion and concrete shear walls for the parking garage. The project was designed for shell and core LEED® certification.

Blue Cross Medical Office Buildings, Mountlake Terrace, Washington

This project includes Buildings 2, 3, and 4 on the campus and provides 300,000 sf of office space. The design utilizes tilt-up concrete wall panel with steel joist framing. Besides the structural benefits, the tilt-up walls incorporate interesting architectural details that play a major role in the exterior design.

This 5-story, 113,000 sf building provides pharmacy space, radiology, and outpatient medical services and physician office space. The cast-in-place concrete design enables clear spans up to 50’ to provide an open office floor plan while maximizing floor-to-floor heights.

Harrison South Kitsap Medical Office Building, Port Orchard, Washington

This 2-story, 32,000 sf project included a rooftop-screened mechanical penthouse on the east side, adjacent to an existing medical office building. The ABKJ design utilized an intermediate steel moment frame system for effective and efficient seismic and wind resistance.

Tanasbourne Medical Office Building, Hillsboro, Oregon

This 3-story structure was the first of four new medical office buildings on the Providence Tanasbourne Health Center campus. A special concentric steel-braced frame system was utilized for effective and efficient seismic and wind resistance.
