University of Washington Savery Hall Upgrade, Seattle, Washington
The project was a full exterior restoration and a complete redesign of the interior spaces for this 104,000 sf building located in the quad. The project earned a LEED® Gold certification.
Lake Washington Institute of Technology Phase I, Kirkland, Washington
This precast concrete system design allowed maximum flexibility for trade and industry programs by using standardized long-span elements.
Lake Washington Institute of Technology Phase II, Kirkland, Washington
This addition added more than 100,000 sf of classroom, theater, and laboratory space plus a skybridge and 3-story atrium.The 90,000 sf West addition is a free-standing structure connected to the existing campus by a paved courtyard.
Lake Washington Institute of Technology Phase IIIA, Kirkland, Washington
This 5-story, 61,000 sf addition to the north of the existing Phase II building includes a seismic joint that separates the two buildings. The primary programming element and central feature of the North Building is the 2-story, 20,000 sf library/media center located on the second and third floors. The remaining programmed areas include vocational laboratories, faculty office space, science laboratories, and general classroom space.
Washington State University Carpenter Hall Upgrade, Pullman, Washington
This project included a conditional survey and seismic analysis for a fifth floor addition to this building, originally built in 1914.

This remodel project houses the College of Business and holds some of the University's most advanced learning technology. It is home to the Boeing Wireless Classroom of the Future, an electronic meeting room, a trading room, culinary labs, and a marketing behavioral lab.
University of Washington Chemistry Building, Seattle, Washington
This 6-story, 100,000 sf, cast-in-place concrete facility houses eight different laboratories: teaching laboratory, organic/inorganic chemistry laboratory, physical chemistry laboratory, analytical chemistry laboratory, instrumentation laboratory, synthetic research laboratory, radio laboratory, and vacuum laboratory.
Washington State University Animal Sciences Laboratory, Pullman, Washington
This 21,000 sf, two-story research laboratory includes an enclosed bridge that connects to the Clark Hall building.
